My 2nd Experience

with the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating

Day 10 - February 13th, 2014

I'm writing this report a few days later, so I must admit I don't remember if I had any highlights or difficulties on this day. But one difficulty I've been having in this second run, that probably did bother me on this day is the grumpiness of feeling restricted. Not that I want to eat anything that the program prohibits, I just don't like the idea of being constantly worried about all the ingredients on everything I eat. :(

Meal 1

Today I'm back to eggs, and had them with a bit of my roasted eggplant spread. Yum!.

Meal 2

For lunch, guess???? Yep, you got it right! Cafeteria salad. I have no pictures of today's salad, but it was very similar to the one yesterday, just with no eggs and no beets. To drink, strawberry basil infused water.

Meal 3

Dinner got me again in the situation when I cook for the family and then i still need to prepare something for me, while they are eating and when I'm already tired. So today I resorted to my cubes again. Got some of squash, taro, chayote, sweet potatoes, and had them with the ground beef. I took no picture of the final plate, so here is one of how my little veggie cubes look like.
