My 2nd Experience

with the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating

Day 9 - February 12th, 2014

Today is Wednesday, which means lunch and dinner out of the home. So I packed dinner and bought lunch. But I realized that the amount of food I've been packing is not enough to satisfy me, which today made me reach for a Larabar in the way home, then some macadamias and blueberries, once at home. I don't like this, because the snack food is also not satiating, so I felt I was hungry all the time and only stopped eating when I decided to go to bed. And that makes things even worse, since eating just before bed is not great either. As a result, I had nightmares, woke up more times than usual and didn't have a great night of sleep. Gotta increase the amount of food on my packed dinners urgently!

Meal 1

Today I had no eggs at home. In part because I was lazy yesterday to stop at the grocery, since I have already proved myself I can survive without having my eggs in the morning anyways. So today's breakfast was made of sweet potatoes and sausage.

Meal 2

For lunch, once again a cafeteria salad, but this time, since I didn't had any eggs in the morning, I added some hardboiled eggs into the salad. To drink, strawberry basil infused water.

Second meal of Day 9: salad with eggs.

Meal 3

Dinner was at school and consisted of ground beef, cauliflower rice and eggplant, which was later followed by some late night snacks, as I mentioned above. To drink, Talking Rain.
