My 2nd Experience
with the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating
5 months after trying the Whole30 Program for the 1st time, our group decided it was time to try it again. Not all the participants on the first try signed up for the second round, and we got some new folks.
But this time it will be different. We'll not only do the 30 very strict days, but we'll also do the re-introduction phase afterwards.
The re-introduction phase will serve to show us what exactly are the types of food that affects us, how and how much.
The starting date for our second run was February 4th 2014 (day 0 being Feb 3rd.)
