The first time I tried the Whole30 program was for 30 days only. I followed the guidelines beautifully and felt worderfull afterwards.

After the 30 days, I tried to still follow the rules most of the time. But with time I ended up giving in more and more, and some of my pains or other bothersome little thingies started to come back.
So I signed up for the second edition of our group Whole30 attempt, but this time it would be for more than 30 days. The idea is to do the 30 days like before, but then do the methodical re-introduction phase for the next 30. I need this so I know what really affects me and how, so I can plan my little scapes a bit more aware of what it would mean the next day.
